Installing your heat pump to your home

What’s involved?

Pre-Installation
Onsite survey and design
After you have contacted one of Wilsons expert installers, an on-site inspection will be carried out at your home, just to make sure that your property is suitable for your chosen heat pump. A heat loss calculation will be performed to determine what size heat pump you will require. Once finished, we will send you a full report with sketches of the property ready for installation.

Installing your heat pump
Next up, we will install the indoor and outdoor units and connect them together. A floor standing hot water cylinder will also be used for the storage of hot water and water supply. And no need to worry, if your property has an existing boiler that needs removing before installation, we’ve got you covered.

After the install is complete, your new system will be thoroughly checked, tested and commissioned to make sure it runs flawlessly.

Our Maintenance Service Plan

Just like other advanced technology, air source heat pumps require maintenance in order for you to get the most efficiency possible – and to get your heat pump lasting up to 20+ years.

Our maintenance plans start at £15 per month, preventing faults that may develop into bigger problems, and keeping your heat pump well looked after.
